Aster Group is a successful organisation that continues to grow at a significant rate and employees within are used to a fast changing environment and are full of ideas which they are happy to share.

With six companies spread across the central south and south west we are a diverse Group comprising individuals with a huge range of skills and experience that can be brought together to deliver excellent services for our 40,000+ customers.

Our corporate culture is one of openness and friendliness – many employees know each other inside and outside of work – but we combine this with working hard and are justifiably proud of our performance.

Our communication lines are clear so matters are discussed openly, there are regular staff meetings and a full staff conference for all employees across the Group is held every two years. We do these things so that everybody knows what is happening and where the organisation is headed.

The larger offices are open plan, modern and airy; in Devizes there is a gym that people are encouraged to join for a modest monthly fee. Free parking is usually available.

All companies within the Group hold the Investors in People standard and we are pleased to invest heavily in work-related training and qualifications that can lead to opportunities for promotion and further development.
