Flourish Homes also has responsibility for a significant Care and Support operation throughout the Mendip area, which offers service users the opportunity to remain in their own homes with independence and dignity.

With the continuing growth of this responsibility, we welcome applications from those wishing to join a team of dedicated care professionals in a rewarding and valuable service. A variety of permanent part-time or full-time positions in care, support or outreach roles may be available, depending on our requirements, and full initial and ongoing training is provided.
