Our corporate culture is open and friendly – many employees know each other inside and outside of work – but we combine this with working hard and are justifiably proud of our performance.

Our communication lines are clear so matters are discussed openly, there are regular staff meetings and a full staff conference for all employees across the Group is held every two years. We do these things so that everybody knows what is happening and where the organisation is headed.

With staff working remotely at our various supported housing schemes, home improvement offices or in customers’ homes, we recognise the importance of encouraging a supportive and friendly environment.

Our office in Devizes is open plan, modern and air with a gym that people are encouraged to join for a modest monthly fee. Free parking is usually available.
