Sarsen is a registered housing association with around 100 staff based at our offices in Devizes, Plymouth and Tidworth. We own/manage around 6000 homes for rent and shared ownership across the South West, including Wiltshire, Swindon, Bristol, Devon and Cornwall.

As a social landlord, Sarsen is in the business of building neighbourhoods, not just homes. Recently, Sarsen has been a winner or finalist in a number of award schemes that recognise strength in community development, including the National Housing Federation’s Neighbourhood Awards, the Chartered Institute of Housing’s Awards and the Wiltshire Business of the Year Awards.

We pride ourselves on our resident involvement - ‘Putting customers at the centre of everything we do’ is Sarsen’s mission statement. Residents and other customers play a major role in our service and neighbourhood improvements, as well as having a say about the design and subsequent management of new homes.

Since 1995, around 1600 homes have been built in the South West for Sarsen residents. We provide different types of homes and tenures to meet a wide range of housing needs. This includes rented housing, specialist housing (such as supported housing) and a range of home ownership options.
