We might be called Testway Housing but people are more important to us than anything.

The people who live in our homes, the people who work for us, make us what we are. They’re what we focus on. They have the biggest impact on what we do.

We’re quite a big business. We’ve a turnover of over £20 million. We own and manage almost 6,000 homes in Hampshire, Dorset and Berkshire and provide support and services for over 10,000 people. And we’re building around 200 new homes a year.

But what we most want to know is do our customers like their homes? Are they living in good neighbourhoods? Are they getting the right services for the right money?

And, what can we do to make it better?

Testway is much more than bricks and mortar. It’s really all about people. We’re passionate about people and we’re looking for passionate people to work with us.

We want people with a passion for doing a great job. We need people with a passion for excellence, who take a pride in high performance.

We’re not doing too badly. We’ve already won awards for our work – six national ones in the last few years for everything from community work to communications but we’re still working on getting better.

Innovation and creative problem solving is an important part of what we do. We won’t always get everything right first time but it won’t be because we’re not trying.
